Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
In short: we respect intellectual property. If you believe something on Traficoo infringes your rights, email hola@facilitandooh.es with the details listed below and we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it within 72 hours.
1. What we publish
Traficoo is a directory that links to live cam platforms. We do not host, upload or stream any adult video content. Specifically:
- Model listings and photos come from the official feeds of our partner programs (such as Jasmin/AWEmpire, Cam4 and CamSoda) and are displayed directly from their servers under those programs' terms. We only show non-explicit profile photos.
- Links and banners lead to third-party websites that we do not own or control. Each of those sites is responsible for its own content.
- Blog articles, texts and site design are our own, unless stated otherwise.
If the content you want removed is on a partner's website, please also contact that website directly, because removing our link does not remove the content from its source.
2. How to send a notice
Send your notice to:
- Email: hola@facilitandooh.es
- Post: Facilitandooh International, S.L., C/ Rafael Morilla Burgos, 10, 29400 Ronda (Málaga), Spain
To let us act quickly, your notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature, as the rights holder or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on Traficoo where the material or link appears;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
These are the elements required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)). We accept notices from any country with the same information.
3. What we do when we receive a notice
- We review every complete notice and, where it is justified, remove or disable access to the material or link, normally within 72 hours.
- We may contact you if the notice is incomplete or unclear.
- Where possible, we inform the partner program the material came from.
- We keep a record of notices and the actions taken.
Under Spanish law (Article 17 of Law 34/2002, LSSI), a provider of links is not liable for the linked content as long as it does not have actual knowledge that it is unlawful, or acts diligently to remove the link once it does. Rights holders in Spain may also use the procedure of the Intellectual Property Commission (Article 195 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act) if a request to us is not resolved.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)). We may restore the material if the original complainant does not inform us that they have started legal action.
5. False claims
Please make sure the material really infringes your rights before sending a notice. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. §512(f)).
6. Repeat infringers
Visitors do not have accounts and cannot upload content. If a source, partner or advertiser is repeatedly the subject of valid notices, we will stop using it.
7. Illegal content
We do not tolerate content involving minors or anyone who has not consented. If you see a link to such content, report it to hola@facilitandooh.es and to the competent authorities; we will remove it immediately.
