2. Accepting these terms

By using Traficoo you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher, to use this site, and it must be legal for you to view adult-oriented material where you are. By confirming the age notice you declare that this is the case. Partner sites we link to may ask you to verify your age according to the laws of your country.

4. What this site is

Traficoo is a free directory and entertainment site about live cam models. It shows model profiles from the official feeds of partner platforms, our own blog articles and simple games ("Match My Girl", "Swipe", "Tournament", "Scratch & Win"). We do not host or stream adult video content, we do not show explicit images, and we do not sell any product or service ourselves. Game results are just for fun and are not a recommendation or guarantee about any person.

5. Affiliate disclosure

We earn money from the links on this site. Links and buttons such as "Chat now", "Go to chat", banners and offers are affiliate links: if you register, buy tokens or make a purchase on a partner site after clicking them, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay. Some placements are also paid advertising. Our selection of models and content is not a personal endorsement of any platform.

6. Third-party sites and content

Model profiles, photos, online status and other data come from our partners' feeds and may be inaccurate, out of date or change at any time. Partner sites and advertisers are independent: they have their own terms, prices, privacy policies and age checks, and any contract you make with them (for example, buying tokens) is between you and them. We are not responsible for their content, services or practices. If you find a problem, you can tell us at hola@facilitandooh.es and we will review our links.

7. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the site to find, share or promote illegal content, including any content involving minors or non-consenting people;
• copy, scrape or harvest the site's content or data with automated tools, or reproduce it on other sites, without our written permission;
• try to access the admin area, interfere with the site's security or operation, or overload it;
• use bots or automated means to generate fake visits or clicks on links or ads;
• remove or hide notices, labels or links on the site.

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The site's design, texts, blog articles, logo and code belong to Facilitandooh International, S.L. or are used with permission. Model names, photos, platform names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used under the partner programs that provide them. 9. Availability and changes to the site

We try to keep the site available and up to date, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons, and we may change or remove features, games or content. Because the site is free, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

10. Liability

The site is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the content, services or practices of third-party sites, for decisions you make based on information from the feeds, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if a change is significant, show a notice on the site in advance. Changes do not apply to anything that happened before they were published.

12. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be settled by the courts of Málaga, Spain. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also bring a claim before the courts where you live. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's information on resolving consumer complaints.

13. Other
