1. Who is responsible for your data

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not required to. Please send any privacy question or request to the email above.

2. Adults only

This website is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your country, if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the site, contact us and we will delete any related data.

3. What data we collect

You never have to give us your name, email or any other contact details to use this site. We only collect:

• Visit data: your IP address, the page you visited (home, blog, category, post or model page), the date and time, and the country derived from your IP address. The country is looked up on our own server with a local database (IP Geolocation by DB-IP); your IP address is not sent to any geolocation service.
• Click data: when you click a chat, banner or game link, we record which link it was (for example, the model or game), the page it was on, the date and time, your IP address and country.
• Technical session data: our server keeps a short-lived session (IP address, browser user agent and a security token) needed to deliver pages and protect forms. It expires after 2 hours of inactivity.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, requested URL, browser and time) for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not do: we do not record your screen or mouse movements (no session replay), we do not read what you type, we do not create user accounts for visitors, we do not take payments and we do not sell your data.

The "Match My Girl", "Swipe" and "Tournament" games run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored on our servers; we only count anonymous game events (started, finished, which model was liked or won). No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you.

4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• Running and securing the website (sessions, server logs, preventing abuse and attacks). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Audience statistics (which pages and models are popular, visits per country, how the games are used). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We only use aggregated figures in our reports.
• Measuring partner referrals (counting clicks to partner sites). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing our affiliate business (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Third-party advertising and promotional scripts. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time (see section 7).

Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your data. Email hola@facilitandooh.es and we will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.

5. How long we keep it

• Session data: up to 2 hours of inactivity, then deleted automatically.
• IP addresses in visit and click records: 12 months, then automatically deleted. The rest of the record (date, page, country) is kept without the IP address for statistics.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited time for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
• Emails you send us: as long as needed to answer your request, and afterwards only as long as required to meet legal obligations.

6. Who receives your data

We do not sell or rent your data. Some service providers process data on our behalf or receive it because your browser connects to them:

• Hosting: our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
• Libraries: jsDelivr delivers a JavaScript library directly to your browser, so it receives your IP address. Our fonts are served from our own server.
• Model photos: photos of models are loaded directly from our partners' servers (Jasmin/AWEmpire, Cam4, CamSoda), so they receive your IP address.
• Advertising and affiliate partners: CrakRevenue, AWEmpire (Jasmin), CamSoda and other advertisers may run scripts or widgets on some pages. They may set their own cookies and track your activity across different websites. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Authorities: only when the law requires it.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) are small pieces of information saved on your device. We use:

• Strictly necessary (no consent needed):
  • Session cookie and XSRF-TOKEN (ours, 2 hours): keep the session and protect forms against forgery.
  • cookie_consent (ours, 12 months): remembers whether you accepted or rejected advertising cookies.
  • age_verified (ours, localStorage, until you clear it): remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so we do not ask again.
• Preferences (ours): match_invite_seen (sessionStorage, until you close the browser) avoids showing the "Find my match" invitation twice.
• Advertising (consent needed):
  • match_results_seen (ours, localStorage): decides how often a partner offer is shown after the Match game.
  • crak-popin-expire-* (CrakRevenue, 1 day): limits how often its offers appear.
  • Cookies set by CrakRevenue, AWEmpire, CamSoda, Google and other advertisers through their scripts, with the durations they define.

Advertising scripts and cookies are only loaded after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you reject them, the site works normally, but partner offers (including the Scratch & Win discount) are not shown. You can change your choice at any time:

Cookie settings

Withdrawing consent stops new advertising scripts from loading, but cookies that partners have already set stay on their domains until they expire: you can delete them in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may cause the age confirmation and the cookie banner to be shown again.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: our own systems do not currently change their behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. We do not sell personal information.

8. International transfers

Some providers listed above (such as jsDelivr, Google and some advertising partners) are located outside the European Economic Area. Where a country does not have an EU adequacy decision, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by those providers, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Arts. 45 and 46).

9. Links to partner sites

This site contains affiliate links. When you click "Chat now", "Go to chat" or a banner, you leave our site and go to a partner platform (for example Jasmin/LiveJasmin, Cam4, CamSoda or Jerkmate). We may receive a commission if you sign up or buy there. Those platforms are independent controllers of your data: their own privacy policies and age verification rules apply, and we do not control them.

10. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and get a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict how we use it;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (see section 4);
• data portability, where applicable;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise them, email hola@facilitandooh.es. Because we do not have accounts, please include your IP address and the approximate dates of your visits so we can find your records. We answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with a data protection authority: in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or the authority of the country where you live or work. Residents of the United Kingdom can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

California residents: you can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to delete or correct it, and you will not be discriminated against for doing so. We do not sell personal information. Third-party advertising scripts may track activity across websites; you can block them through the cookie settings above.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to this site and restricted access to our admin area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will show a notice on the site.
